Ordering:

How do I place an order?
Select your favorite dish or menu, and reach us via WhatsApp/phone/Facebook to place an order. Pick up your order from our address upon confirmation.

How much time period do you need?
In order to ensure smooth and quality delivery, we request you to order at least 72 hours before your pick-up time.​

Do I need to pay in advance?
Only for orders above 700 SEK, the order can only be confirmed after 50% advance payment. ​

How do I pay?
Cash is appreciated for now. Swish will also work.

What's the difference between Weekly Menus 1,2 and 3?
Our weekly menus 1,2 and 3 have different dishes. We have however ensured that each one of them is a unique and healthy plan. You can choose the menu to your liking​

Can I choose to swap the dishes within the weekly menus?
We do offer to select one dish wherever possible within one menu. But we don't offer to swap. In this case, we suggest creating your own menus from our Main dish options​

What is meant by mini, basic, and premium plans, and what should I choose?
Each weekly menu (i.e 1,2,3) is offered on three budget plans i.e Mini, Basic, and Premium to cater needs of a variety of our customers.
The mini package offered at 700 SEK, contains two warm dishes with chutneys.
The basic package offered at 1400 SEK, includes three warm dishes, one rice dish, one frozen along with chutneys​
The premium package offered at 1700 SEK, includes a basic plan + sweet dish and our specialty snack i.e cake rusk

​Food quality and quantity:

Is the meat used halal?
Yes, we ensure the usage of fresh and halal meat from certified sources. ​

How are the portions calculated?
All the warm portions are mostly calculated for x4 servings. Wherever mentioned, 1 kg of fresh meat is cleaned, weighed, and then used to make the mentioned dish. So 1 kg refers to the amount of meat used in that particular dish

What's the shelf life of frozen items?
3-to 4 weeks is the recommended time in the freezer. ​

Can the flavors be adjusted to taste?
Yes, the spices can be adjusted to your taste. Communicate to us clearly while placing orders​​

Deliveries:

Do you offer home delivery?
We used to offer but since Jan 2023, due to global inflations, we have discontinued this service. We apologize for any inconvenience. You are welcome to arrange one with us or pick up from our address. ​

Cancellation, Returns, and Feedback:

Can I cancel the ordered food? and what about the refund?
Yes, you can cancel the order. We request you cancel as soon as you decide.
Note that for orders above 700 SEK, the advance payment won't be returned if the order is canceled within the last 48 hours of the agreed pickup time.
